Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service.

When are orders shipped?

I process orders as quickly as possible, typically 1-3 business days.

Refund policy

All product information is listed in the item description, please choose your jewelry carefully as I don’t refund due to change of mind or incorrect sizing. I always try to take very accurate photos, but please keep in mind that colors will vary from monitor to monitor.

If you feel as though the product you selected is defective, please send a clear photo and brief description of the defect so I can look in to it right away and discuss return/refund. I will only consider returns within seven days of delivery.

Items must be new and in their original packaging. Return postage will be at the expense of the buyer. I will not be liable for items lost on the mail.

Jewelry Care

Avoid wearing your silver jewelry while swimming, bathing or any activity that may damage it. Chemicals from lotions, chlorine and salt water will all aid towards tarnishing and ultimately weaken the silver. Do not use chemical cleaners, as they can damage stones and fossils. Please use the polishing cloth you received with your purchase.
